REFERENCE TO THE LOTS AND BLOCKS BEING AS THE SAME APPEAR ON THE MAP OF
GLASGOW OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF
ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN DEED BOOK 58 AT PAGES 1 AND 2, AS FOLLOWS:
ALL OF THOSE TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON,
RIGHTS-OF-WAY INCIDENT THERETO AND APPURTENANCES APPERTAINING,
DESIGNATED AS LOTS 7 AND 9 IN BLOCK 140, AND BEING THE SAME REAL ESTATE
ACQUIRED BY JAMES B. WILSON AND ELLEN WILSON MCCLURE, FATHER AND
DAUGHTER, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH THE RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, BY DEED DATED
DECEMBER 6, 1952, FROM E. D. MCCLURE AND WIFE, AND OF RECORD IN THE SAID
CLERK`S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 218 AT PAGE 108. JAMES B. WILSON, ALSO KNOWN AS
JAMES BLAIR WILSON, DIED INTESTATE ON JANUARY 6, 1958, THEREBY VESTING FULL
TITLE IN THE SAID REAL ESTATE TO THE SURVIVING CO-TENANT, ELLEN WILSON
MCCLURE, WHO ALSO WAS THE SOLE HEIR AT LAW OF SAID JAMES B. WILSON, THE
WILL OF ELLEN WILSON MCCLURE, DECEASED, OF RECORD IN THE SAID CLERK`S.
OFFICE IN WILL BOOK 79 AT PAGE 329, DEVISED ALL OF HER REAL ESTATE TO HER
HUSBAND, E. D. MCCLURE, THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART HEREIN.

TERMS OF SALE: ALL CASH.
A bidder’s deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sale price or ten percent (10%) of the
original principal balance of the subject Deed of Trust, whichever is lower, in the form of cash or
certified funds payable to the Substitute Trustee must be present at the time of the sale. The balance of the purchase price will be due within fifteen (15) days of sale, otherwise Purchaser’s deposit may be forfeited to Trustee. Time is of the essence. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the
sale shall be entitled to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser may, if provided by the terms of the Trustee’s Memorandum of Foreclosure Sale, be entitled to a $50 cancellation fee from the Substitute
Trustee, but shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney. A form copy of the Trustee’s memorandum of foreclosure sale and contract to purchase real property is available for viewing at www.bwwsales.com.
