All that certain tract or parcel of ground, triangular in shape, situate, lying and being in South River Magisterial District, Rockbridge County, Virginia, near the Town of Fairfield, Virginia, and fronting on the highway leading from Decatur to Fairfield Station, it being State Route #717, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Eastern side of said highway at corner of J. H. Bremberg's land and the lands of the male grantor herein and running thence in a Southerly direction and with the Easterly line of said highway 275 feet to a point; thence at right angles and in a Northeasterly direction 275 feet, more or less, to a point on Wayne King's line; thence in a Northwesterly direction and in a straight line 395 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
And being the same property conveyed to Carl C. Burch and Betty Jean Burch, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety, with the right of survivorship, as at common law, from Willie Henry Cales by Deed dated November 10, 1970, and recorded March 2, 1971 in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Rockbridge County, Virginia, in Deed Book 319, page 90.
