ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Rockbridge,
Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of
Rockbridge, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 0600000A00000740 Account No. 5894
A parcel of land in Rockbridge County, Virginia in Kerr's Creek Magisterial District, located on the waters of Whistle Creek, and lying on the road which runs from the farm now or formerly belonging to R.C. Agnor about two miles northwest of Lexington to the Covington turnpike, together with the improvements thereon, lying near lands now or formerly owned by S.W. McCorkle and containing about 2 acres and 56 poles.
And being a portion of the same real property conveyed to Andrew C. Jordan and Margaret L. Jordan by Deed dated May 5, 1981 and recorded May 22, 1981 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rockbridge County, Virginia in Deed Book 499 at Page 568.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has
been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Andrew C. Jordan a/k/a Andrew C. Jordan, Jr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Andrea Jordan, 14414 Old Stage Road, Bowie, Maryland 20720; Margaret L. Jordan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Andrea Jordan, 14414 Old Stage Road, Bowie, Maryland 20720; Agnes Wax Simms, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Walter McDowell Vest, who is believed to be deceased and
whose last known address is unknown; Mary (Mamie) Anderson Styles Vest, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Spottswood A. Styles Jr. or II, who is
believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Spottswood A. Styles III,
whose last known address is 487 Old Forge Way, Madison, Virginia 22727; Lawrence Styles,
whose last known address is 8650 Placid Lake Court, Bristow, Virginia 20136; Ella Jean Styles
Johnson, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; William
McDowell Johnson, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 2207
Montauk Road NW, Apt. 4, Roanoke, Virginia 24017; Leatrice F. Johnson, whose last known
address is 3353 Pittsfield Circle NW, Roanoke, Virginia 24017; Brittany Mitchell, whose last
known address is 1507 Anderson Street, Glasgow, Virginia 24555; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot
be ascertained appear on or before December 27, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rockbridge, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in
this cause.
