Notice of DISSOLUTION to all Creditors of and Claimants Against DYNOVIS, INC.
On April 19, 2024, Dynovis, Inc., a Virginia Stock Corporation (the “Company”), filed Articles of Dissolution with the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission. You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against the Company you must submit the claim in writing to: David S. Spewak, 8000 Maryland Avenue, Suite 1500, St. Louis, MO63105. The claim must include:
1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant. 2. The amount of the claim. 3. The date on which the event occurred on which the claim is based. 4. A brief description of the nature of or the basis for the claim.
All claims against the Company will be barred unless the proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after the publication of this notice.
