INVITATION TO BIDSealed Bids for the construction of the Maury Service Authority - Route 11 Waterline Improvements project will be received by the Maury Service Authority, 130 Osage Lane, Lexington, VA 24450. Bids will be received until December 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. local time, and shortly thereafter the Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Maury Service Authority Lexington Water Treatment Plant Conference Room. The Work includes installation of approximately 650 linear feet of new 12-inch water main and approximately 3,300 linear feet of 16-inch replacement water main in Lexington, Virginia. Bid shall be on a firm unit price basis for each of the Bid Items identified in the Base Bid Schedule of the Bid Form. The Total Base Bid Price will be the cumulative sum of the extension of the bid quantities times the unit prices for each bid item.
