"A TIME TO REMEMBER"
Tis the season where trees give way their leaves
And the sun in all its glory, retreats behind the clouds. When balminess turns to snowfall
And of gathering around the fire.
Tis the season of cookies and cakes and candies
And Turkeys and hams and all their fixings
that resonate the kitchen air
and of friends and family together once again.
Tis the season of joy and giving
A time to reminisce and be thankful
And all of mankind can celebrate
For it is Christmas, and Jesus is born
and forever with us all.

"THE BRIGHEST STAR"
The setting sun wrest memories, another glorious day. The sky once blue, darkens.., as daylight fades away. From dusk to darkness, the moon ascends the sky. Stars abundant, lend twinkle to the eye. The glory of the evening, stillness of the night. The sparkle of the skyline.., the moon reflects so bright.
That only I should ask the man, who silhouettes the moon. To count those stars that sparkle.., lest some burn out too soon. I'd ask the man, whose face you often see, to count the stars that sparkle.., so many could it be. And once again I'd ask the man what star that burns so bright? Just one of many.., count them fast, whence darkness turns to light.
And once again I'd count those stars.., for there are a few. One burns bright, I'd count it first, The brightest one is you!
