The City of Lexington is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to complete a city-wide housing and infrastructure conditions windshield survey and needs assessment. The chosen consultant will assess the condition of housing and infrastructure for the entire city and develop a list of priority areas that should be targeted for future investments in housing rehabilitation and infrastructure improvements.Proposals will be evaluated based on, prior experience with CDBG Planning Grants or related housing rehabilitation and infrastructure needs assessments; qualifications and experience of individuals assigned to the project; assessment of work from localities for which similar services have been performed; strength of references; and, anticipated time for completion of the required scope.
