according to law that a possible father is a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and
any other possible father is a party unknown, it is therefore ORDERED that any person
who may be the biological father of K.E.S. (DOB 08/06/2021) appear on or before the
14th day of June, 2024 at 9:30 A.M., in the Clerk's Office of this Court to do what is
necessary to protect his interest herein.
It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four
successive weeks in The News-Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation in Rockbridge
